I have overriden the creation of a pager row so that my pages also include a drop down list so the user can choose the number of items per-page. It works wonderfully, except for one thing. The page size chooser lets you choose from 10, 25, 50, and 100 rows. Lets say there are 75 rows. If I change it to 100 the pager disappears since there is only one page. My question is, can I make is so that the pager is always visible even if there is only 1 page on a GridView? I realize I could make my own control and use GridView as a base class, but I am wanting to avoid doing that.
