When psychopaths attack

Normally I wouldn't waste my time on Charles Mark Carroll, but since Charles Mark Carroll keeps dragging this on I feel it's time that I say something publicly. For those who don't already know, I was assaulted by Charles Mark Carroll in my place of residence because I demanded that he pay back a debt of $1,335.57. He used the demand of payment as an excuse for assaulting me. Even though he was convicted of assault and battery and ordered by a judge to stay away from me, that didn't prevent him from libeling me as he continues to do in the following blog entries and pages:

Anti-Charles blog
Long Answer to Anti-Charles Blog  (He was such a big coward that he password protected this page to hide its libelous content.)
E-Stalkers and The Mentally Ill on the Web
Tale of 2 Anonymous Bloggers: A Honorable Microsoft Reformer, and a Microsoft Sycophant E-Stalker
With even minor fame comes major infamy

The closing of some of my private email groups

Why can't he just leave me alone, forget about me like the ASP.NET community has forgotten about AspFriends and the venerable AspElite, and move on? I guess when you're obsessed and become an e-stalker, this is the end result. I wish I had as much time as he has when he's stalking me. But, unlike him, I have a job and I get a regular paycheck every two weeks and have for a long time without any employment gaps. I can use my managers at past jobs as references and get employed back there in the future if I choose to. I'm not forced to beg my friends to pretend to be former employers because I've pissed off, trashed, or destroyed my former employers. Call the HR departments of Cambridge Associates , Legg Mason , PCSS , or MicroStrategy and let them tell you about Charles. They'll tell you, "We can only confirm the duration that he worked here." I can keep a job for more than 6-7 months. I don't need to desperately and frantically bum money off of every single one of my friends and 3/4 of the people who were unfortunate enough to give me their email address, nor do I need to bum money off of somebody 1/2 of my age. Charles has literally begged for money off of more people than I've ever met in my life, and that's not an exaggeration. If I ever did borrow money and promised to pay it back within a certain time frame, say 38 days , it would be paid back before the time frame passed instead of dragging it on years beyond that unpaid, and during that period I wouldn't be bragging about the stuff I purchased and the money I was willing to waste on big city lawyers to the people I borrowed money from. I pay my rent and bills on time each month and have never been evicted. I don't bounce checks and never have to worry about missing the float. I don't have to talk about accomplishments from 7 years ago because that's all I've accomplished in my life. I don't have to constantly edit my blog entries because I post so much incorrect information that I become a laughing stock. Why is it if I'm so unstable and so mentally ill  that I've accomplished more in 22 years than Charles has in his life? Why is my career in places that Charles' career never was and never will be? Why can I continually land jobs at companies that Charles couldn't survive the first tech interview at? Why is he forced to lie about accomplishments he's never had, but that I have? I have no criminal record, no peace orders, no evictions, no enemies lists, no court judgments, no orders from judges, and no groups of women that are terrified of me, but he does. Which one of us is mentally ill and living in denial and which one of us isn't?

For the record, I am not involved with  inlineasp.blogspot.com ("InlineASP") in any capacity . He keeps claiming I'm the author of InlineASP and that other people have told him I'm the author. If he has proof, then I invite Charles Mark Carroll to prosecute me to the fullest extent of the law. If he claims he's unwilling to do that he should have his witnesses come forward and publicly out me. I have no problem offering this challenge because his witnesses testimony is about as real as the rest of the BS that he makes up. If it's so clear that I or the people that run InlineASP engaged in this behavior, why is it that Charles Mark Carroll can't site a single statute to corroborate his claim? We're supposed to believe that a real lawyer referred him to Wikipedia  instead of criminal or civil statutes? I get all my legal advice from Wikipedia, don't you? Oh wait. No I don't because I can afford a lawyer. No such proof exists. His proof as well as the lawyers he's talked to is as real as his big city lawyer that he threatened Bill Ryan with . It's as real as the adjectives he uses to add a feeling of importance to his life (i.e. luxury apartment, gorgeous van, modest 5 bedroom home, committed father, faithful husband, etc.). If he's really talking to a lawyer why is it that he'll never post the lawyers name? The advice is always idiotic and it just so happens to mirror the idiotic behavior that Charles Mark Carroll engages in. It was his "attorney" that told him to skip court where a peace order was being issued against him and as such he also missed a Queen concert. This "attorney" must be the genius behind all of Charles Mark Carroll's stunning legal victories in court . This is the same "attorney" who couldn't prove that "forged adoption papers"  were fake.

I do have his office chair. The reason I never gave the chair back to him is because he never asked for it back. To put an end to all of this, if he has a friend of his send me his address, I'll be more than happy to send him his trashy office chair back. Besides, I cringe at the mysterious stains that were on the chair before he lent it to me every time I sit down. As for his autographed Alan Cooper book, I don't have it. I do have a copy of The Inmates Are Running the Asylum , but it doesn't have a sticker with the initials CMC on it or an autograph, because it's mine. Nor does it have the initials RMO on it because I have better things to do than waste my time putting labels on everything. I suppose when you've got multiple personalities, you need to know which personality the book belongs to, so in that case it's essential to label your books.

If he used the time and energy he spends blogging about me finding a job or doing something constructive he might have a job right now instead of his usual streak of unemployment. Then again, even if he landed a job, he'd get himself fired 6-9 months later like he has over and over and over and over again.

Since he likes quotes according to his last post about me, I'll end this post with these:

"An AS/400 database can only run 400% faster if you know what you're doing. If you don't know what you're doing, it can run 400%+ slower."

Sorry to see what he's put you through. Charles is nothing but a con artist and he's going to crash and burn if he already hasn't. What's he's doing to you is typical behavior, just like he did to Rob and Scott and many others back in 2000. He's mentally ill and neeeds help.

What does this blog show up in DotNetSlackers?

HAs nothing to do with ASP.NET, I'm not really interested in privat stuff. Sorry for that but I don't have time for this.

Never loan anyone - even family - money GIVE it to them. If it comes back, great, otherwise forget about it.  You'll live a longer life that way.

Then don't read the post player ;-)  It's not Ryan's fault this stuff showed up in DotNetSlackers.

Ryan, this is some crazy stuff.  What he's done has so clearly crossed the line, yet he plays the victim, blames you for actions other people are taking and just basically projects. After it's been pointed out repeatedly, he's even accusing you of projection.  The irony is too rich.

Dude, he's the one that can't keep a job. He's the one that has to play games with his work history because he can't tell the truth about it.  he's the one who can't live without begging money from people. He's the one who's life is falling apart. And in a million years, could he ever work at Avanade or Thycotic?  No way.   The cat is out of the bag with him, all that's left is his increasingly rapid decline.

Hi Robert,

I learned this lesson the hard way. It's good to learn earlier in life rather than later down the line.
